ActiveXchange announces new Head of Commercial Partnerships for Australia and New Zealand

As part of its continued growth and multi-award winning path, data technology company ActiveXchange has officially announced Ricki Jones as their new Head of Commercial Partnerships for Australia and New Zealand.

Announcing the appointment, ActiveXchange’s Chief Executive, James Ellender said “we’re thrilled to have Ricki join our team to champion the use of data and technology across Australia and New Zealand to ultimately influence the active and healthy lives of millions of people.

“Ricki joins the team to lead our business development, partnerships and strategy across ANZ and importantly will embed ActiveXchange in New Zealand as he works out of Christchurch and takes carriage of the network of collaborators in New Zealand already pioneering a new way forward in using data across sport, leisure and recreation to shift the conversation about participation, investment, advocacy and outcomes for communities far and wide”

As an early adopter of the SportsEye platform during his time at Sport Canterbury, Jones is passionate about using data and insights to make a measurable, evidence-based difference in the community.

Jones brings to the ActiveXchange Network over 20 years of experience in the sport, leisure and recreation industry, with a unique set of skills that make him invaluable in assisting our collaborators to use data and insights to think and act differently when providing opportunities to help the community become more active, more often.

Joining the ActiveXchange team, Jones advised "I am so excited to be part of the ActiveXchange family and using the fantastic insights and technology to help those working in our community ensure everyone has an opportunity to participate and develop a lifelong love of physical activity.

"I am passionate that ActiveXchanges' tools will help decision-makers ensure the right resources are deployed at the right time to make the best impact in the communities we serve.
